Additionally, the G2 gateway allows for real-time monitoring of door status, battery life, and door records. ✅ Please note that the G2 gateway only works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. For optimal connectivity, it is recommended to keep the gateway within 16 ft (5 meters) of the smart lock. When adding the gateway, ensure that your smartphone and the gateway are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. ✅ Setting up the G2 gateway is quick and easy. Simply open the TTLock App, click on the upper left corner, select "Gateway", click on "+", choose G2 (Wi-Fi), plug in the gateway, click "next" when the light flashes alternately in red and blue, select the Wi-Fi network, and enter the Wi-Fi password. ✅ The G2 gateway is compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant (not included) for voice control of the smart locks. It can be paired with multiple smart locks. Note that when pairing the gateway with Alexa, you must enter "+1" before your TTLock account.
