The Kucacci TTlock gateway is not only compatible with all Kucacci smart locks but also works with all smart locks from the TTLock application. It offers a more convenient life for your family with features like remote unlocking and record viewing.

Scope of Application

We recommend keeping the distance between the gateway and the smart door lock within 32 feet (10 meters) to ensure stable connectivity. When adding a gateway, make sure it is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your smartphone.

Precautions

One gateway can connect to countless locks, but to maintain optimal performance, we recommend a 1:1 ratio of locks to gateways. Each lock should be within 10 meters of a gateway.

Working Status

The indicator light shows the gateway's working status at any time. A blue light indicates the gateway is working, while a red light indicates a network failure.
