TTLock wifi gateway is only compatible with the TTLOCK app, allowing you to monitor the status of your door lock switch at anytime and anywhere. This includes viewing unlock records, remotely opening doors for friends or family, and sharing e-keys or passwords. In addition, it can be integrated with Alexa and Google Home to enhance your smart home experience.

The gateway provides coverage for all areas with a network connection, enabling you to control your lock from anywhere after successfully adding it at home. Please note that this g2 wifi gateway is only compatible with smart door locks that are used with the TTLock app.

The indicator light on the gateway shows the working status at all times, with a blue light indicating working mode and a red light indicating network failure.

When adding the lock and gateway on your phone, ensure that they are on the same WiFi network. The distance between the gateway and the smart door lock should not exceed 32 feet (10 meters) to maintain proper connectivity. It is recommended to maintain a ratio of 1 lock to 1 gateway for optimal performance.
