Connecting Alexa and Gateway:

To connect your Amazon Alexa to the lock, download the "Amazon Alexa" app on your mobile device and search for "TTlock" under "Skills & Games." Log in, enable, and give Alexa the command to discover the lock. Once paired successfully, you can authorize app control and voice control through the setting interface.

Gateway Light Status Description:

When powered on, the Gateway's lights indicate its status: - Flashing Red/Blue lights: Stand-by mode - Red light: Network failure - Blue light: Normal mode

Gateway Pairing Steps:

To pair the G2 Gateway, select Gateway - G2 from the main menu, and ensure it shows flashing red and blue lights before continuing. Configure wifi information and connect to the same network as your phone. Once successfully configured, you will see a "Gateway" column in the "Settings" menu.

Compatibility and Remote Control:

The G2 Gateway is compatible with smart door locks controlled by the TT Lock App, providing remote unlocking and management. Connect via the G2 WiFi Bridge for convenient control and smarter living. Voice control is available with Alexa integration, allowing for hands-free operation.

Coverage Area and Setup:

For optimal connectivity, keep the distance between the gateway and smart door lock within 16ft (5 meters). Setup is a breeze with the G2 Gateway, requiring just three simple steps and no more than 2 minutes for pairing with the smart lock.
