Smart Lock G2 Gateway

Step 1: Ensure the gateway is positioned near the lock, router, and phone. Step 2: 1. Open the "TTLock" app: - Click on the top left corner and select "Gateway" - Click on "+" and select G2 (Wi-Fi) - Plug the gateway into a power outlet - Click "Next" when the red and blue lights blink alternately - Select Wi-Fi and enter the password

Step 3: Check the gateway indicator for connection status: - NOT CONNECTED: red and blue lights flashing alternately - CONNECTED: blue lights flashing If the blue light is on but the lock isn't connected, unplug and reconnect the gateway.

Step 4: Ensure the mobile phone and gateway are connected to the same Wi-Fi when pairing.

Step 5: Activate the remote unlock function on the Lock app before use.

Pair with Alexa: Step 1: Login to your Alexa app and select "Skills and games". Step 2: Search for "Lock". Step 3: Enter your TTLock account and password, then authorize. Note: Add "+1" before your TTLock account.

Step 4: Successfully link the lock. Step 5: Go to "Devices - your lock," then click the setting icon. Step 6: Turn on "Unlock by app" and "Unlock by voice".

Compatibility: The Snobos gateway is compatible with smart door locks and other smart devices supporting TTLock App. It enables remote control, real-time monitoring, and voice control with Alexa and Google Assistant.

Easy Setup: This smart lock gateway can be paired and connected with the smart door lock within 2 minutes. Both smartphone and gateway must be on the same Wi-Fi network.

Ideal Placement: Use the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Keep locks within 10 feet of the gateway for a strong connection, and ensure the gateway and smart door lock are within 32 feet for optimal connectivity.
