Product Description How to set up the gateway?

Please take note: once the gateway has successfully connected to the lock, do not move it. The optimal distance between the gateway and the locks should be within 32 feet.

1. Activate the Wi-Fi on your smartphone and connect it to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone, log in to the TTLock account, access TTLock, click on the upper left corner, select Gateway, tap on the "+" sign, choose the Gateway Type: G2 Wi-Fi.
3. Follow the instructions: reconnect the power to the Gateway, wait for the indicator light on the gateway to flash red and blue, click Next, the app will automatically search for the gateway, click "+", choose the Wi-Fi network, input the network name and password, assign a name to the gateway, and press OK.
4. If the connection fails, plug in both the gateway and the lock, and wait for 10 minutes before checking to ensure they are connected properly.

Remote Control: With the Smart G2 Wi-Fi Hub, you can control your keyless entry door lock from anywhere. Additionally, the Wi-Fi Gateway allows for sharing, modifying, and deleting passcodes. You can monitor the status of the door lock in real-time, as well as remotely set personalized codes and other functions.

Voice Control: Pairing with Alexa and Google voice assistants (not included) enables voice-controlled operation for added security and convenience.

Easy Setup: Setting up the G2 Wi-Fi Gateway is a breeze with just 3 simple steps. Once paired, you can manage your smart door lock from anywhere using the TT Lock app. The indicator light displays the working status at all times, with a blue light indicating normal operation and a red light signaling network issues.

Application & Precautions: Ensure that the distance between the gateway and the smart door lock does not exceed 32 feet to maintain optimal connectivity. When pairing the gateway, make sure that both the gateway and smartphone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
