What to do if the smart gateway connection fails? To ensure a strong connection, we recommend keeping the distance between the lock and gateway within 10 feet. The WiFi gateway requires a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (Does not support 5G WiFi).

Can the Bluetooth gateway be voice controlled? Why can't I control my door knob through Google or Alexa? The Bluetooth gateway can be voice controlled, but the connected smart devices need to support voice control, such as smart plugs and smart switches. Please note that you cannot control GHome Smart door locks through Google or Alexa.

Does the Bluetooth gateway support remote unlocking? Yes, after connecting to the Bluetooth gateway, you can remotely control GHome Smart door locks through the app. The Bluetooth gateway is compatible with a variety of Tuya smart home devices, including smart locks, light sources, water valves, sensors, sockets, and switches. Voice & App Remote Control: The gateway is connected to the smart lock App, allowing for remote control and door unlocking while you are away from home. It is compatible with Alexa and Google assistants, but the connected smart devices must support voice control.

Note: A 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network is required for pairing. Keep the distance between the WiFi gateway and the door lock within 33 feet for a stable connection. When adding the gateway, ensure that your smartphone and the gateway are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. One gateway can be paired with multiple door locks under the same account.
